The student Online Admission System in Uganda is provided by AkdemikIT to help schools in Uganda easily admit students.
The school just share an admission link to the parent who will them fill in the required student information. Once this is captured, the teacher in charge of student admission will just login to the software and verify the submitted information. Once the application meets the requirements, the the student will be admitted. The software will then assign admission numbers to the student.
The online student Admission System will also send an invoice to the parent indicating the required school fees. This can be paid directly using mobile money or any other mode of payment which will transfer the money directly to the school bank account.
